When out getting petition signatures for Hamilton City Judge Reardon's recall, people ask me why. Anyone who can preside over a case for trespassing on public property probably needs to be checked for Alzheimer's, or needs anger management.
The harassment comes from the bench, in personal attacks, and from his clerks who "cold called" the Hamilton Police as I tried to plead the US Constitution to dismiss the trespassing case.
Doesn't a Judge need relevant facts, and conclusions of law to rule on a matter? Not Judge Reardon of Hamilton, MT the word arbitrary is his favorite. Everyone else is stupid, and he is smart enough to not uphold the oaths of office, and have the guts to sit in front of a US Flag as a former US Marine JAG lawyer and violate your rights. That, and violating 11 rules of judicial conduct in Montana.....THATS WHY.
If Michael Reardon does not RETIRE, the election is in November 2011 for Hamilton city judge.
